Mark Christensen is a genre-fluid multi-instrumentalist, composer and performer. His primary instruments are guitar, bass and Chapman StickTM (a multi-stringed instrument with the pitch range of a bass and guitar combined, that is played by tapping the strings).
He is currently recording and performing as a solo artist, collaborating in a duo with Dennis Tirch and as a member of , Ghost Ghost, the Arty LaVigne Band and The Rough Suspects. Past projects include co-founding Los Angeles alt-celt band Fools and Fodder, Vermont’s John Tower Group and Radio Underground, and post-prog jam band Stone Document, as well as collaborations with varied artists from Cyrus Chestnut to Robert Fripp & The Orchestra of Crafty Guitarists.
